Required materials : ![]() Squashed garlic - 4 to 5 leaves Shelled green pea - 3 cups Chopped coriander - 1 cup Grinded ginger - 1 tea spoon Chopped hot green pepper - 1-2 Edible oil Salt and pepper
Recipe :
Add a cup of water and let to boil. Put the lid on the pot and let the meat cook moderately for 30 to 35 minutes. Squeeze the lemon. Add green pea and the lemon juice and stir. Again put the lid on the pot and let the mixture to cook moderately for another 10 to 15 minutes.
