Required materials :
Minced meat- 500 gr.

Mashed onions - 1
Squashed garlic - 4 to 5 leaves
Shelled green pea - 3 cups
Chopped coriander - 1 cup
Grinded ginger - 1 tea spoon
Chopped hot green pepper - 1-2
Edible oil
Salt and pepper

Recipe :
Heat 2 to 3 spoons oil in pot and put on moderate fire. Fry the onion to become slightly yellow. Add garlic ginger, onion, a few salt and pepper. Stir once only. Add meat and green pepper. With a wooden spoon distribute the mixture flat and then stir it 5 to 6 minutes.

Add a cup of water and let to boil. Put the lid on the pot and let the meat cook moderately for 30 to 35 minutes. Squeeze the lemon. Add green pea and the lemon juice and stir. Again put the lid on the pot and let the mixture to cook moderately for another 10 to 15 minutes.
- By putting the ready food into dishes take the excessive oil off.
- This food is eaten with plain rice and yoghourt.
