Ingredients enough for 4 to 5 persons:
Hashed meat - 500 gr.

Chopped onion - 1
Artichoke (cleaned and cut) in pieces - 500 gr.
Spearmint and parsley (Hashed) - 3 to 5 measures
Juice of unripe grape - 3 to 4 measures
Edible oil   
Salt and pepper

Recipe :
Heat 3 to 4 spoons of oil in a pot by moderate fire. Fry the onion till it becomes slightly colored. Add the meat and turn to 5 to 6 minutes. Thereafter add 3 measures water and let it boil. Reduce the fire. Put the pot lid over pot and cook the meat for 3 hours. Heat moderately 3 to 4 spoons of oil in pan and then fry the artichoke slightly for 5 to 6 minutes. Add spearmint and parsley and fry another 8 to 10 minutes. Take the fried mixture off the pan and put it aside.

At the end of the second hour of cooking of meat add the fried artichoke and greens together with the juice of unripe grapes and a few salt and pepper and stir. By the last 15 minutes of cooking let the lid off to allow the oil to be separated.
