Ingredients:
Thick yoghourt - 1 measure

Shelled and chopped cucumber - 2 measures
Chopped green spearmint - 2-3 branches
Dried spearmint - 1/5 tea spoon
Chopped garlic - 3 leaves
Rose leave - 4-5 leaves
Salt and pepper

Recipe :
Mix the yoghourt with a few of water in a pot. Add the cucumber, spearmint, garlic, salt and pepper and stir. Decorate the mixture with rose leaves and dried spearmint.

- Sometimes half chopped walnut and pilau raisin is added. In this case extract of liquefied subject mixture is obtained.
- This yoghourt and cucumber mixture must be eaten cold. Therefore it is better to cool the cucumbers and the yoghourt. That is necessary because the mixture must be eaten immediately after preparation to avoid the chopped cucumber become extremely soft.
- Together with yoghourt and cucumber mixture one can use the special spice prepared by GOLESTAN. This special spice is a blend of garlic powder and dried greens of peasant flavor.
- By Indian yoghourt and cucumber mixture fresh yoghourt is used and green spearmint, chopped spring onion; cumin seed with salt and pepper are added.
