Iranian cooking just similar to the Iranian traditionally localized carpet industry, poetry and literature is an art of the public which is created simply by ordinary housewives in towns and villages. ![]() Iranian culture is full of variety and excellence. This country is geographically located in the green strip of Himalaya to Europe and the Black Sea. Although unfortunately Iran is located at the more or less dry part of this strip, and in spite of all difficulties in agriculture and animal husbandry the desired quality products considerably has been achieved.
